Book Early
Very helpful for finding an RV site. Book early as there are more campsites available and also you must wait 24 hours for confirmation on a booking. I only want one pending at any time for the same date to avoid double booking.

Available camp sites in one place!
I loved having a one-stop shop for good RV sites!! I needed the concierge to help with my booking. They responded quickly each time and helped make our last-minute trip possible.

Easy to use
Easy to use, and I could leave a note about having a large RV and a 20 foot trailer, and when I got the approval email I knew that both were OK at each place we went. A few said no, but most places didn't have a problem with it. Saved me a lot of time.

How an issue is handled is what counts…
There was an issue with the chat and when calling there was no one available but a recording asked to leave a message. I left a message and they did call me back promptly. I feel that when things go wrong it is about how you handle the matter that counts. BookOutdoors handle the matter professionally and quickly. I would recommend them.

The campground did not get back to me within the 24-48hr time window they said they would which was difficult for trip planning, but once I got ahold of them on the phone they were very responsive and helpful! Thanks!
