They helped with an unfortunate situation, where SOMEHOW (I still don't know HOW), my books were sent to an unknown address but correctly charged to me! I really don't know what they would do, but they very kindly reshipped the books to my address. Boy, will I ever double and triple-check the details on anything I order online! They were thoughtful and took care of the confusion.
