I honestly don’t wasn’t expecting my book this fast! I appreciated the recyclable packaging.

Bookshop stands behind their deliveries

I have been using Bookshop.org for order books since they were formed. I have found them to be on top of getting orders out. This week I had an incident where USPS disposed of my shipment for some unknown reason. Bookshop refunded my shipping fee, and covered the shipping cost of the replacement package. Way to keep a customer coming back!

Your website was easy to use

Your website was easy to use. The books arrived well within the promised time. They were packed well (unlike the big name site), and arrived in perfect condition. I've referred many friends to you, but this was my first purchase from you, because I needed two titles that my local independent bookstore can't easily obtain. I really like that you pass a portion of the sale on to the indie store where I normally browse and buy.

Great Experience

I was looking for a new Bible and had already searched several places without pulling the trigger when I saw the Bookshop website. Their site was easy to navigate, and I quickly found exactly what I didn't know I was looking for: The Holy Spirit Bible. I paid just a little extra for expedited delivery and had my new Bible within a couple of days. It is perfect! A percentage of my purchase goes toward supporting local bookstores, too. Very satisfied.

easy checkout / great product

easy checkout great service arrived quickly

Maybe Different Packaging ?

My book wasn’t damaged thankfully buttt the packaging wasn’t very protective for a product made of paper. It was a rainy day when my package came in so it could have been damaged easily. Otherwise though I don’t have anything else, will probably shop again

Think ordinary motherhood is tough? Imagine settling your young American kids into New Delhi for three dizzying years.

Lynn Litterine's memoir, Thinking Through to the Other Side, is a super-absorbing adventure featuring cultural puzzlement, diaper shortages, ancient Indian history, and a young mother's determination to keep her brood healthy and bonded while on a years-long stay in New Delhi. Her honest tale will have you chuckling and commiserating within a single page. Such a fun and illuminating book!
