One and done. I'm older but have 98% oxygen levels at the dr.'s office. I just started walking for exercise after nearly 2 years of being inactive due to some health issues not related to my lungs. However, I was getting breathless after just part of my walking. I went to a store and bought the mid sized can. It's 95% oxygen vs. 25% from the air you breathe. One to three deep breaths of Boost Oxygen as I walked did nothing for me. I realized if I were to breathe it constantly around my 1 Mile walk, I would need about 25 Cans for constant breathing until my endurance improves. I'll accept that during my 2 Years of being inactive, I put on nearly 50 pounds and in 3 weeks I've only lost 5 - but I'll just have to walk slower and lose the weight more slowly. I can't afford $17.00 X 25 for a mile! I see all the 5 Stars but can't figure out why. Doctors on Web say it won't hurt you but won't help. They are correct.

The effects of the product do differ for each person based on what they're using it for, their health, etc. Most of our customers who use it for workouts or physical activities will usually use it to recover either after their workout or during the workout while they're taking a break. Based on feedback from our customers; taking anywhere from three to five inhalations seems to be what works best for most people. Using the product nonstop while walking is probably not the best way to use it. You may find better results if you simply take a break during your walk before you use the product to give yourself some time to catch your breath and continue on once you feel recovered. If you're looking for something that will give you a constant flow of oxygen over a longer period of time, you would probably have to look into a portable oxygen tank or an oxygen concentrator. I unfortunately am one of the <.1% of the population that suffers (and I mean SUFFERS) from Cluster Headaches. I am prescribed 6mg injectable imitrex syringes to abort the unbelievable pain of a cluster attack. I can only inject imitrex twice a day and unfortunately I get 3 to 4 cluster attacks a day for 2 to 3 weeks. I used to just suffer waiting through the other 1 or 2 attacks. Research shows using pure oxygen can abort excessive daily attacks. I tried Boost Oxygen and it works!!! I travel with it and when the attack occurs (very rapid onset), I inhale 10 to 12 deep breathes of Boost Oxygen. In a matter of minutes, the attack is aborted. This may sound like a cliche, but Boost Oxygen is an answer to my prayers!

I've used Boost Oxygen before ordering online. I tell everyone I know that I won't be without it unless I'm broke financially but even then I can scrape up what little bit that it costs. I have never paid more than $17 for the largest can and it lasts a long time. I use it for when I smoke too much, when I'm I'll, and when I'm tired or over exerted myself too much. I love this stuff.

Does not work I recently bought a large can and I can 100% say this does not work , unless I got a dodgy can because I don't even feel anything coming out when I press the button down , big thumb down 👎

If you are in a resting state with normal oxygen saturation - the product is not going to have that great of an effect on you due to your body not being in need of additional oxygen.
