Money was retained for too long, I provided banks statements for my business along with my personal bank statement. I have 3 jobs and also provided last paystubs and my business tax certificate to provide proof of where my money comes from. This process was slow and frustrating. I have proof I monthly manage over $30,000 what ever I sent my money out for should be my personal business as long as is a reliable source of income

I had a very frustrating experience using BOSS Money. I attempted to send money to three different recipients, but the transfers never went through. When I tried to resolve the issue over the phone, I faced excessively long wait times and I never reached an agent. To make matters worse, it took over 48 hours for the funds to be returned to my bank account. I am very disappointed with the lack of reliability and poor customer service.

At the time your transactions were submitted, our payout partner was experiencing technical issues that affected transfers to mobile wallet recipients, resulting in cancellations or delayed payments. Once the transactions were canceled, the refund was processed back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to become available depends on your financial institution's processing times. I would give a five but I once lost my money on boss because I was told it went to a wrong bank though the account number was correct. I don't know how that could happen. My money was never found nor returned.
