The last time I made a transfer the money never went through aboud the transfer but I didn't get any helpful information eventually,I was refunded. I Am very disappointed i want to make sure that the next time I send money transfer actually goes through and quickly.

I have been using Boss money for a while now and I have never had any issues until now, well the issue was resolved, but I feel frustrated that I can’t call and speak to a real person, there are some issues that can be better handled when speaking with someone and not a programmed system.

Customer Service Lacks Knowledge of Top-Up & Data Services
The process of sending money, mobile top-ups, and data bundles is very easy, fast, and convenient. However, what really disappointed me was the customer service experience.
I accidentally sent a top-up and data bundle to the wrong recipient while trying to send them to my kids and my mom back home. I contacted customer service immediately, expecting help to resolve the issue. Instead, the representative kept referring to a money transfer I had made earlier, even though I clearly explained that my concern was about a mobile top-up and data purchase.
It was obvious that the customer service representative had little to no knowledge about mobile top-ups or data services and only seemed familiar with money transfers. That level of support is disappointing. If your company offers these services, your customer service team should be properly trained to assist customers with them. This was a very poor customer service experience.
