Glad I signed up for bounce debt relief. The rep that helped me, John, walking through the setup with ease explaining everything along the way. I was able to call John back directly which is great. Having to start over with a new rep and catch them up to speed can always be annoying but definitely wasn't the case here. Looking forward to getting this started, thanks.

Marcus was my contact person. He was very thorough and kind. He compared my finances with other companies to give me the choice to decide what I wanted to do. He set up my program to save me money. He understood what I was going through.

My Debt Consultant Alfredo was amazing
My Debt Consultant Alfredo was amazing! He literally stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and answered every question I had! This was the first time I felt hope and relief for my future and what made my decision about this final. I had over $25,000 in debt and Alfredo gave me a detailed plan on what was going to happen and a good price in regards to my monthly payment. This is the first time dealing with any Debt at this amount and Debt Consolidation but the one thing I will never forget, is when Alfredo said "In Life We Have To Sometimes Take One Foot Back So We Can Move Five Steps Forward." I am hopeful and excited to get this weight off my back and start being able to breathe a little more!
