Bounce representatives are kind and very helpful. They explain the steps to be taken fully so that they are very understandable. If you have questions, they readily answer them or will find answers for you. All of them have been or are in the same situation so they have a better understanding of what the client is going through. I think this is a big part of their success and I'm very grateful to have found them, and being able have them help me.
They talk you through the whole thing and break everything down so you understand everything that’s going on how everything works to help you out. I am well Pleased with it just starting out I have been Praying for some help and I feel like this is what God sent us Good Lord is will we will be out of debt in about 4 years that is better that paying on it 20 plus years Thank Yal so much and Thank U John U. I like how Marcus helped me decide on what to do, he was very courteous, friendly, and kind. He didn’t forcefully had me join the program instead gave me insights on what I could be saving if I cancelled my other program with the other debt resolution company. He always responds back whenever I have an inquiry. Overall I’m very satisfied I won’t regret talking to him about the program.
