I have ordered from Bouqs before and I am never disappointed with the quality and the combinations of the flowers sent and received. Recently purchased the Bejeweled arrangement and it was gorgeous.

I have participated in the subscription program previously. It was easy and my recipient was delighted with the monthly flowers. I did the same for the 90th birthday of a relative. What's not to love about getting awesome flowers for a few months?

A high quality product & customer service
A high quality product and professional, friendly staff. I love getting my arrangement every month. I've had my subscription for maybe 4 years and only had an issue 2 times with an arrangement. Once was due to unusually extreme cold weather and no fault of the company. My arrangement was quickly replaced. The other was my credit card needed to be updated so I missed an arrangement. I called to see what happened. I updated the card and they quickly sent my arrangement by the next day. Excellent customer service.

Most of the flowers are beautiful. The quality of the small tea roses is questionable- they always wilt within a day, which is disappointing.

Very unique bouquets not found elsewhere. Customer service is always incredible and do everything to please or make an issue right for the customer. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wish there were more bouquets that don't have roses in them, or that the site had a search filter to exclude what I don't want instead of just what I do.

Shipping and packaging were great. I didn’t realize the roses had thorns so me and my guests got stabbed a few times unexpectedly. I got the flowers on a Thursday and a whole set of white lilys never opened up- I honestly mistook them for greenery. Overall, the roses, pink lilys, and eucalyptus were beautiful, so I’m still happy with the purchase.

Easy to maneuver website. Display of bouquets are attractive. Wish you offered Discover cards. Can’t comment on delivery and quality because those actions have not been accomplished. If past performance is any example all will be great and my sister will be very happy.
