I am now on my third ,lid and lighting unit for the Boyu 100,could you explain why on each on these it's been the lighting unit which has failed.I love the tank that's why I've persevered with your product. Its been expensive, and not wanting to change products, how about you send me a another lid with lighting?.
I bought a fish tank from my local fish shop but manufactured by them, DO NOT BUY, My fish tank split after 3 months and if I wasn’t home, my fish could have died. Wet floors and ceiling from downstairs . I wrote an email with photos for proof and it’s been 3 weeks, no reply. Thank you for nothing
Boyu aquariums are terrible at making tanks, there glass is lowest standard on offer. It will scratch without effort and try getting warranty to work is again futile as i cannot get any reply from boyu or crooks at allpondsolutions.I have been robbed by both partys involved and will be going through merchant banker for refund and courts for allpondsolutions to refund loss of earnings and payment required for 3 independent reports from 3 different sources.DO NOT BUY SUBSTANDARD BOYU AQUARIUM -SUB STANDARD AND ABSOLUTE POOR QUALITY FROM POOR QUALITY RECYCLABLE GLASS- Very poor quality and absolutely useless at customer protection. These will steal from you.
