Quizlet Got Nothing On This
One time I had an art test in 30 minutes. I had the lunch period to study. Brainscape got me a 100% on that test. I recommend.

What people say
a smart way to learn
Brainscape is really a smart way to learn as in my case new English words. However the app is a bit slow in reacting.

Hey Theodor, thanks so much for the feedback — we’re really glad you’re enjoying Brainscape! If you’re already on the latest app version and still noticing performance issues, could you email us at [email protected] with your app version, phone model, OS version, and a few details about when the slowness happens? That would help us investigate further. Thanks again! Chuckee@Brainscape
Already Experiencing Easier Learning
The flashcards are so organized and have space to be made either simply or with more detailed. I love that I don't have to think twice about which flashcards I need to work on more because that's Brainscape's foundation. I also just became an Authorized Creator so that I get paid for the work I'm already doing from making my own flashcards. Love Brainscape!

I've been finding the app very slow…
I've been finding the app very slow lately. I have a folder where I keep my error log, and it's already loading with difficulty. Is there a maximum number of cards that can be loaded?

Hi Izabella, Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing slow performance—that’s definitely not the experience we want for you. There isn’t a strict limit on the number of cards you can load, and large classes shouldn’t normally cause significant slowdowns. That said, performance can sometimes vary depending on device or app version. Could you please make sure you’re using the latest version of the app? If the issue continues, feel free to email us at [email protected] with your app version, device details, the class you're trying to access, and the error logs you mentioned—we’ll be happy to look into this for you. Thanks for flagging this, and we’ll keep an eye out for your message! Chuckee@Brainscape
Better than any other apps I’ve used
Individualized Learning
I have been impressed with this app since I began using it for language learning. The meta-cognitive feature of rating how well you know each flashcard helps to tailor each deck to one’s learning needs. The variety of study decks is a strongpoint for this company, along with the feature of being able to make your own flashcards.
Excellent platform
Excellent platform. It benefits my teenage son hugely to be able to have all his flashcards in his pocket wherever he goes.

Easy to use & helpful with studying
Easy to use, intuitive to my learning needs
AI creation of cards
being able to use AI to make cards is really fast.
Superior Test Preparation with Brainscape
Ninety-five percent of the salient information for my exam was captured on the Brainscape flashcards. I would have been far less prepared for the exam had I myself had to carry out the arduous extraction of key points from the original source materials. Brainscape made study immensely more easy and time efficient.
App works well
App works well! Creating or editing flash cards only works when online. But that makes sense so they can be in sync across devices. You can study without internet and there are plenty useful ones to download!
Good addition of the drill mode
Good addition of the drill mode. Good selection of flash card for quick revision. However, some of them are outdated and require some updates.
Reply from Brainscape - Smarter Flashcards2026-04-18
Hi there! Thanks for your feedback—we’re glad Drill mode has been a helpful addition to your studies. For outdated flashcards, our Brainscape Certified classes are regularly reviewed and kept up to date. If you spot anything we may have missed, please use the “Suggest an Edit” feature so our team can take a look. For user-generated classes, we don’t verify or control the content, but you can still submit suggestions through the same feature. We’re also working on improving how we label content (Brainscape Certified vs. user-generated). If you have ideas on how we can make this clearer, please email us at [email protected] —we’d love to hear your thoughts. Chuckee@Brainscape
Spaced repetition ftw!
The spaced repetition is a banger! It made me: - way more willing to keep practicing (vs monotonous practice with little to no way of telling which flashcards were sticking in my memory) - more confident in judging how well I remembered something - more easily able to retain extra info (footers, hints, etc.) - excited to learn in general!
Awesome study tool
Awesome study tool. The Flashcards helped reinforce lectures, concepts, and definitions. I would definitely use ot again.
