Website is easy to navigate and they have almost everything you could need for both bath & body and candle making, with very few items out of stock or unavailable. Some items dont have directions or usage rates, which can be confusing. The sodium hydroxide flakes are slower to dissolve than other brands I've used, and I have to strain my lye milk because the flakes don't always dissolve fully like the beads. However they are still fully functional and usable. Answers to questions posted to the website are answered via email as well as posted online. Vanillin and ethyl vanillin, IFRA, and soap notes are shown for each fragrance. All scents are both skin safe and pthalate-free, which makes shopping for safe, clean scents easy. Prices tend to be higher than competitive, but there are a few good deals. They do also have sales and coupons, so sign up for emails. The rewards program is average, not great for hobbyists, but pretty good for those who spend more, which is understandable. Shipping is both expensive and rather slow compared to most competitors, with no free shipping threshold. Items are always packed very well and arrive in excellent condition. I've never needed to reach out to customer service for any damages, defects, or weight discrepancy. There are also tons of fabulous project ideas, recipes, and tutorials available at no cost!

My only issue stands shipping is misleading they don't say their UPS Ground is actually Ground Saver a generic budget service with very long transit times until after it shipped. They need to be more forthcoming about it! This can send customers somewhere else.
