I got the product on time which is great. However I got half the preservative and wanted to attach an image here. So I certainly did not get 16oz of my Germaben II preservative which is disappointing as this was my 1st experience

We sell most of our products by weight rather than volume, which means that why the product may not fill the bottle to the top, it should weigh the correct amount. If you put the Germaben bottle on a scale it should weigh 16.5 ounces.

Although I do love the products, they’re truly very expensive and there are no coupons, rebates and other ways for me to save some money. Yes, free shipping after 99$ but sometimes all I need is 40$ then it becomes a stressful purchase . I have found myself looking for new suppliers that charge less because it’s simply too expensive. Rather sad if you ask me.
