I ordered over a week ago and cannot find any tracking info. The website wants me to create an account, so I did and it says I have no orders. I called the 800 number and it’s 3 days out and I tried to start a chat and thing. My business is on hold because I need my order and have no clue as to when I’ll get it or if it’s even there… my money was taken so I’m assuming.. update: got a response within the hour and problem was solved… was glad it did not take 3 days. 🤗

As always, my order was great. My only suggestion is that when a fragrance is being discontinued, perhaps whatever would be a good replacement could be offered. Too many times, there is a fragrance I repeatedly order and find out I can no longer get it and I have to figure out a replacement that is close.

The website is very easy to use for finding products and supplies. However at checkout when I was logged into the website I was unable to use the coupon I had to be a guest to use the coupon. Also during checkout I was unable to use PayPal, but I have been able to in the past. The products received are great and I will continue to order, but may not be able to get points because of the above issues.
