I placed my first order on July 24, 2026. My order was shipped on July 29, 2026. Tracking with UPS states items will be delivered today, August 4, 2026.
Did I receive my order today, 8/4/2026, NO. UPS took my order abd delivered it to the United States Post Office, and since are mailer carrier refuses to deiver packages to our doors, what this means is that I probably will not received my delivery tomorrow August 5, 2026, instead there will be a card placed in my mail box letting me know that I have a delivery waiting at the post office and since I work all week, I will not be able to pick up my delivery until Saturday.
I am not impressed! I have one more order that I placed, once I receive my order, I will find a new supplier who does not ship with someone who makes things more difficult for the customer!

Sensual Sandalwood didn't hold in my soap, I use low temperatures for water solution and my oils
The delivery was here quick, I was able to purchase the scent trials during a sales, so that was great too!
The scents I ordered really faded, and several scents are just barely there, (I had to really get my nose up into it to get anything. Yeah, not a pretty visual 🙄. I am continuing to create small test batches. I'm hoping they will develop as the bars cure.
Is there was a standard for sharing information such as this so we know what to expect. My soap also has white kaolin clay to help hold scents.
Im grateful for all the information you give us that most suppliers don't. I love that you shop focuses on the best soap making products for us.
Am I missing the information about potency/lasting ability in each product (cp soap, lotion, candles, and wax melts)?

I only ordered 1 of a product, but was delivered 2. I called in to let you know the mistake and asked for a shipping label to send it back. The lady i talked to was very helpful and told me to keep the extra. You guys have always been amazing to buy from.
