I was able to order one of my bracelets,but the customized one that you could put your son name on was confusing. I couldn't figure out how to do it or it was not available not sure. Was trying to order fore mothers day.

Oy. Simplify your system!
I can't remember when I have had to jump through so many hoops to make a payment, and when the first attempt didn't work I had to do it again. I don't know if that's Brave New Look's problem or the problem with the Covid Masks I ordered, but the whole process took two hours, with periods to pause out of exasperation.
