Had to cancel prior order because masks wouldn't work because I have COPD and use oxygen. They canceled order immediately and took charge off my credit card, no questions asked. Received follow up emails right away and they gave me 30% off my next order. They are great!
Easy purchasing, beautiful photos and easy to navigate website! Wish there were some cheaper/smaller amount of KN95 packs for just a few event like a 5 or 10 pack. We eventually use them all 20 but it takes time and could be nice to not have to pay $50 upfront.
Incredibly easy and quick to find exactly what I needed, check out, and know that I'm getting quality masks delivered fast. Thanks for being one of my best online shopping experiences, over and over again.
