Could not make connection through phone or email Needed a fat/thick handled cane Received a flimsy weak cane that would not support me Paid $18 to mail it back + 10% restocking fee Ordered 2 walking sticks and 4 canes from you in past All perfect based on prior shipping communicatiom I'm done with your company based on this last failed transaction
I love my cane it’s a beautiful work of art. Great quality you don’t have worry about the handle coming a part and while I’m walking you can’t hear no clicking sound.. Impressive work of art 😍😍
the sticks are great, but the ads are not. it shows engraving with a cut out and different color engraving, but the actual engraving is just letters engraved in the stick and you have to look for them as they blend into the stick. and o yea, customer is no better. when contacting them about it, there answer, ignore it, no reply. again the sticks are great.
It’s a very high quality walking stick, lightweight yet very durable. Definitely recommend this item.
Great sticks, quick delivery and great customer service!
Great selection and explanation of the different woods, easy to size & customize. Price was reasonable and arrived well packaged in just a few days.
Love this beautiful, strong polished Hickory stick. Absolutely one of a kind.
Shipped quickly. I loved it because it was made well, beautiful, and felt more confident to walk on the trails by my house.
Very handsome cane and despite having my name engraved it arrived quickly. Couldn't be happier.
Love Brazos canes! Fast shipping, packaged well!
This is a stout tall walking stick which can be easily dismounted into three parts for travelling. It has an attractive grain and color and an excellent rubber end, which gives a very firm grip. The vibe is "hiker" or "pilgrim". It's milled out of a large piece of oak, not made out of a stick. If Brazos made the middle piece smaller, and reorientated the screw-in male/female parts, it would be possible to have a long stick and shorter stick in one.
Very good quality cane. Perfect height for me.
Getting the twisted oak walking stick, wife couldn't be happier. Of the five we now have this is her favorite! It came without an emblem in the handle which supprised us. Called requested one, recieved it two days later. Great service and products!! Thanks bunches BRAZOS!!!
The cane I ordered works great. Shipping was timely. Thank you for your great service 👍 😀
Ordered one arrived the next. I like the fact you can pick which type of wood you want. Unlike on Amazon they only offer one kind. Also that you can engrave on them. Grown and made in USA.
Wood is beautiful Works well, sturdy. Easily transported when broken down
The quality of your work and product! I have purchased several items and intend to more in the future. If I have any issues with this company, it would be appreciated if I could contact a representative due to the fact, I am a Vietnam Veteran who fought in the war. Due to age and disability I still haven’t learned the online skills. I only wish I could receive a discount on my next order.
Service exceeded my expectations and was really helpful. Product quality was excellent, just as pictured and described, shipment was really fast. This was a retirement gift for an employee of 40 years and he was really excited at the gift. Thanks and would highly recommend this shop to everyone.
Good product, quality customization, fair price, and it didn’t take long.
