including trades that are 0. still got a trading fee
normal trades whether gains or losses, double fees, entry and exit applied, eating up all gains, forcing the account going negative anyways. THE STUPID AGENTS agreed to this. so do NOT bother wasting your money here, their fees to steal all your profits and force your challenge to fail is GUARANTEED. you are better off trading with your own money period. or find another true pro firm that doesn't steal through their stupid fees.
2 issues about this prop firm:
1) The customer service team called me and threatened to sue me over a 1-star review. He said “We have your KYC that means we can track where you are and we could legally sue you.” Wow. What a great customer service.
2) I bought a $880 $100k evaluation account. There had been 3 incidents but the support team said one. So what happened was: the first time it happened I didn’t put on a trade but I noticed it. The second time it happened and my profitable trade turned into a loss. And the last time, it happened again and my account got bleached.
However, the team explained it only happened once and didn’t provide a justifiable solution. Clearly, they don’t think they’re responsible for this matter.
I've had an excellent experience with Breakout Prop.
What attracted me in the first place was how simple and trader-friendly their evaluations are. There are no unnecessary or gimmicky rules that get in the way of trading. You simply manage your maximum drawdown and maximum daily loss—that's it. The rules are clear, straightforward, and easy to understand.
Another huge advantage is the on-demand payouts. As far as I'm aware, no other prop firm in the industry combines such simple risk rules with on-demand payouts, which is a big reason I chose Breakout Prop.
What stood out most wasn't just the platform itself, but how the team handled a support request. They listened carefully, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure the outcome was fair. It's rare to find a company that values customer satisfaction enough to resolve an issue in a way that leaves you feeling genuinely looked after.
The support team was professional, responsive, and treated me with respect throughout the process. In an industry where trust is incredibly important, experiences like this make a real difference.

Very poor market conditions. The slippage is extremely bad, making it almost impossible to trade anything without taking an additional 20–50% loss.
On top of that, some coins hit my take profit while the trade was in profit, but the positions still closed at a $500 loss because of the low liquidity and poor market conditions.
There are also very few cryptocurrencies available to trade. I do not recommend it at all. There are better prop firms with much better trading conditions, or it may simply be better to trade with your own funds.

Breakout has no competition in the prop firm space.
Breakout is legitimately head and shoulders above any other prop firm, crypto, tradfi, doesnt matter. It's not a comparison. It's almost not worth looking for another firm at all.
The payouts are faster than anyone, no hoops to jump through, no random denials and bans for being too profitable like a bunch of other firms. I've been banned by 3 other firms for making too much money with no explanation.
Meanwhile Breakout has approved every single one of my 5+ figure payout requests (like 40k one day total lol) instantly no questions asked.
Literally no competition in the space.

I feel uncomfortable leaving this review because I actively traded with Breakout for over a year, and for most of that time it was a great experience.
Of course, not everything worked perfectly. There were occasional platform issues, account breach errors, and sometimes long maintenance periods. However, I could always count on Breakout's honesty, understanding, and friendly support team. I never had any issues receiving payouts, and over the course of my time with them I successfully withdrew a significant amount of money.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what changed, but I was suddenly banned and all of my funded accounts were terminated.
The initial email stated that there were inconsistencies with my KYC verification. This made no sense, as I completed the KYC process twice without any issues on either occasion. When I asked for a more detailed explanation, I received the following response:
"We have substantial evidence of prohibited activity connected to your account. This may include, but is not limited to, cross-identity sharing, account sharing, coordinated trading behavior, fraudulent or inconsistent KYC information, use of shared devices or infrastructure, connected on-chain activity, wallet-level collaboration, linked funding sources, suspicious account relationships, misrepresentation of account ownership or control, and other compliance-related concerns."
This explanation is extremely vague, especially because I know that none of these accusations apply to me.
I have never shared my trades on forums or with other traders. I have almost always used the same personal computer with my home internet connection, never a VPN, and I have never collaborated or coordinated trading with anyone.
Unfortunately, my impression is that Breakout has started adopting the same policy as many other prop firms—banning profitable or otherwise "undesirable" traders using vague compliance claims that cannot realistically be challenged.
It is very disappointing because, until this happened, I genuinely considered Breakout to be one of the few trustworthy prop firms in the industry. Sadly, I now feel they are heading down the same path as many others.

You were a Breakout trader for a long time, and a decision like this is never made lightly or quickly.
Account terminations like this are rare, and only happen upon clear and malicious violations of our Terms of Service.
This is completely unrelated to payouts or your trading performance. We have issued over $4.5M in payouts in June alone and continue to confidently serve traders who abide by our rules.
Our decision in this case was based on a detailed investigation regarding account ownership and malicious coordination with a cluster of other traders across a multi-month period. We are confident in these findings and they are corroborated across multiple independent signals including but not limited to on-chain links, KYC data, and other variables which all supported the same conclusion.
These are unrelated to your trading performance.
Perfect, available, lot of integrity, not the case in other prop firm companies.
