I was apprehensive before I called, even though I had completed all of my necessary requirements and got the interlock device removed. I knew that I had to at least see about getting the SR 22 taken off of my insurance, not expecting a whole lot other than that, maybe a slight decrease or not a decrease at all. Erin she helped me tremendously. She walked me through all of the steps and it turned out after her detailed work I’m not only still paying less than what I was paying, (with my old SR 22 insurance and insurance company) but I’ve got way more covers than what I had before. After comparing prices with other companies!I highly recommend this agent. She knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s extremely competent, friendly and pleasant to interact with. thank you Erin very much!
