If I could give less than one star I would. I signed up with them last August for $999. I got one single lead that turned out to be a wholesaler/flipper (the ones that contact you every day). Other than that crickets. Several calls to them. They said the market is bad and promised me to work on it. But still not one single lead. I want my money back.
I signed up for the $595 plan. This included a minimum of 24 leads guaranteed. This plan guaranteed a minimum of 2 closings. I started calling in November with concerns of low lead volume. I was told to expect leads in the coming days. Nothing happened. I asked for a refund from the contract we signed and was told (and have the recorded call) that my refund was approved. I received an email that stated no refund because I had received 2 leads within the contracted time frame. I renewed my cancellation request under the 24 guaranteed lead minimum and 2 guaranteed closings at the one year mark. My calls go unanswered. Emails not responded to either. I have the recorded calls and the declination of my refund despite being told otherwise. I do not recommend this company.
It has been a month since I wrote to this company for a refund, Im yet to receive even an acknowledgment. They are scammers! Since enrollment, the services provided have fallen substantially short of the representations made during the sales and onboarding process. To date, I have experienced: 1. Lack of meaningful lead delivery 2. Minimal to no communication or account support 3. Broken onboarding expectations 4. CRM limitations requiring additional undisclosed payments for core functionality 5. Lack of active servicing consistent with the professional referral network represented to me While I understand the agreement contains certain disclaimer provisions, the Agreement also includes a Money Back Guarantee provision and a Mutual Commitment and Good Faith clause requiring transparent communication and diligent performance from both parties. At this time, I do not believe the services provided reflect the representations made at the time of enrollment, nor the level of service reasonably expected under the Agreement. Accordingly, I am requesting a full refund of the membership fee and written confirmation of cancellation of my participation in the program. I would prefer to resolve this amicably and professionally without the need for further escalation.
Complete Scam!! DO NOT purchase their scam referrals. I started with them in January and they could not provide me with 1 legitmate refferal. When I asked to cancel and receive a refund, they said give us 30 more days to provide you with one. And again, they could not provide!! When I call now, the phone never gets picked up like they are screening my call. I also have emailed and texted all the numbers I was given, still NOTHING! Beware they will not honor their referrals and will screw you over the entire time! Horrible!! SCAM!!
Pure scam. I called and was given some lame excuse as too why I wasn’t getting leads. I was told it was because i wasn’t taking leases. That wasn’t part of the agreement. I’ll be calling visa to try and reverse charges as these guys get aggressive with you when bringing up cancelling. Update: i also called them and sent a notice to terminate contract. No response to my email. And the phone call i had the gentleman told me I’m receiving leads i just can’t see them as they are not verified. Still no refund visa is working ln reversing the charges
Same as others have described. Paid an upfront fee. Read their legal agreement and all seemed above board. The CRM Tool is even still active and looks completely legit. I don't know if the company just bit off more than they could chew or if this was a scam from the outset.
Be Aware of Brevo! Brevo referral is a complete Scam. A person named Jack Peterson called and provided an offer. After several calls, i paid the amount for lead generation. However, after 2 weeks, they stopped communication at all. Now no one picks up phone and no one replies email. This is a complete scam and do not take any offers from them.
Back in December 2025 I sent them $1500 for leads. Was guaranteed leads in my area. I emailed them several times and always get the same reply that they are undergoing the prequalifications before they are sent to me. I have yet to receive any leads and no one is answering my emails at this time. I feel like this is a waste of time and money, and is a total scam.
I am writing this review to caution other real estate professionals before engaging with this company. I entered into a paid agreement for real estate leads based on specific representations regarding the quantity, quality, and delivery of those leads. After payment was made, the services that were advertised and promised were not delivered as represented. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly, the company has failed to provide the contracted services and has refused to issue a refund. In my view, this conduct raises serious concerns under California consumer protection law, including: • California Business & Professions Code § 17500 (False Advertising) – Prohibits making untrue or misleading statements in connection with the sale of services. • California Civil Code § 1770 (Consumers Legal Remedies Act) – Prohibits misrepresenting the characteristics or benefits of services and advertising services with intent not to provide them as advertised. • California Business & Professions Code § 17200 (Unfair Competition Law) – Prohibits unlawful, unfair, or fraudulent business practices. When a company advertises professional lead generation services, collects payment, and fails to render those services as represented while retaining funds, it raises serious legal and ethical concerns. I strongly encourage other agents to perform thorough due diligence, request written guarantees, and carefully review refund policies before committing funds. I am currently exploring all available remedies under California law.
Initial lead mismatch, but Brevo Referral quickly fixed it. Now excellent quality, strong communication, and reliable support with consistent updates.

Team was sharp, and genuinely helpful during the sign-up process. He understood my concerns and addressed them one by one. By the end of our conversation, I knew it was the right fit.
I signed up for a trial last year for 60 days with an option to cancel and full refund got 1 lead and decided to cancel well before the period ened. I have sent countless emails and noone responds and when i call the 888 no one picks up, I have been ghosted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
Brevo Referral Outstanding. They don't just send leads and disappear they follow up, ask for feedback, and suggest tweaks to improve results. Their proactive approach makes all the difference in need (cleare)
I didn't just get sold a service my perspective on lead generation completely shifted. I was Skeptical at first, but the confidence, clarity, and no-BS approach made it an easy decision. Within 30 days, I had three solid buyer leads, and one is now under contract.
I got hounded for a week straight, finally caved and paid for their service. I’m entering month 6 and have yet to receive a legitimate lead. Every so often, they send me “investor” leads that are not within the zip codes I selected, and was promised. And all the “investor” leads want are off market listings, but are unwilling to sign anything for said off market deals. I can’t even get them to sign a consumer information statement. It’s a New Jersey required form I must send to any potential client before I can work for them. It is ONLY a disclosure statement, and legally binds the client to NOTHING. Make that make sense. 🤦🏻♀️ I inquired about getting my money back, and they have been radio silent on the issue. Worst decision I ever made.
I signed up with this company in December and I'm having a hard time reaching them this is a SCAM on real estate agents all be careful guys it's a scam I've tried to call them several times all of a sudden I can't get through, boys and girls don't waste your money it's a damn scam
Has helped me build a steady pipeline with the premium plan. I now have three active buyers between $500k-$800k, plus a lead at $620k ready to list. Even without the closings yet, I'm confident these are going to convert.
