My interactions with Buckeye Container were wonderful throughout the entire process. I stopped by their business in Circleville Ohio and was able to choose my container and instantly get a very fair quote including delivery. The process of scheduling was smooth and turned out to be exatly what was communicated. We had a issue with delivery that Paul took care of with zero complaining, swearing or negative attitude. And in the end, the container was placed exactly how and where I wanted it with zero damage to my property. My entire experience was awesome, and if I or my family or friends ever need a container, I am going to highly recommend that they contact Buckeye Container first.

Great Experience with Buckeye
The entire experience was great from first contact to delivery. I had a container ordered elsewhere. I was promised delivery on 3 different occasions. I needed container immediately. I called Buckeye Container and explained my situation. He told me he could help me and he sure did. The following morning I had a container on my property. Delivery conditions were not ideal but my driver Tommy, was very professional and treated my property with respect. Thank you Ryan, Stephanie, and Tommy. I will be purchasing and recommending you for all my container needs. Happy New Year

Handpicked 2 containers
Handpicked 2 containers at the Circleville location. Received an invoice with the container #'s. Upon delivery driver tells after I signed for it, I have the wrong container. 2nd container is on its way, to find out it is the wrong container as well. After speaking with the guy in the office multiple times, I was informed the container grabbed was the easiest on to get. Office personnel gave the driver a New Invoice with different #'s to be signed. End result is I did not get what I picked out. I Highly recommend matching ur invoice # with ur container B4 signing. Yesterday the option was given to swap out the container for the original container. Five days after later after leveling it and filling it.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied with your experience. We do acknowledge and regret that our driver initially picked up the incorrect container, and we apologize for that mistake. That said, I immediately offered to have one of our drivers bring the exact container you selected from our yard and swap it out the same day. At that time, you stated it was not a concern and that, since the container delivered was the same color and condition, you were comfortable keeping it. Our driver also explained this to you on-site, and you confirmed to him as well that you had no issue with the containers being swapped later if needed, given that both units were identical in color, grade, and condition. The inspection sheet you signed is intended to confirm that the container meets the functional and condition standards of the grade purchased. While the container number did not match the original selection, which we acknowledge is our error, this does not impact the condition, functionality, or grade of the container delivered. We have never opposed swapping containers for you, and nothing in the inspection form restricts that option. Regarding the second container, it had been sold earlier that morning by our sales manager prior to your arrival. I explained this to you during our 18-minute phone conversation and offered you a full refund for that container before delivery. You declined the refund and stated that you were comfortable proceeding, as the replacement container was the same type, condition, and grade, with the only difference being the container number. Throughout this process, there was extensive communication, all of which I clearly outlined during our phone call. Good experience with the whole process, from ordering to delivery. Delivery crew was knowledgeable & friendly. They were on & off my property in about 30 minutes. When I get another container, it will be from "Buckeye Containers".

Got it delivered quickly! The Driver Will was able to get it placed right on my prepared site, with the setback of getting a little stuck but our tractor was able to help him along. I preferred being able to pay on delivery, Versus online/over the phone. Would recommend Buckeye Containers!

Everything was great ..had a delivery placement situation driver was nice good guy I tipped him...he was new and couldn't get the container quite where I wanted it I'll hire a roll back to reposition it....we were all new at one time or another...
