What people say
The orders have been smooth.
The orders have been smooth. Disappointed my last order had the second items taken off after a sale with no offer for a coupon or rain check after my order was processed.

Excellent products. Great customer service. Reliable delivery.
Exceptional quality and bang for the buck
I have been ordering at Buck Wild Bison for about 8 months and its fantastic quality meat and the best bulk prices I could find for ground bison.
Don't like mystery box
The ground bison and tri-tip were fantastic. I ordered the mystery box and got too many of their hotdogs and premade hamburgers. The hot dogs were flavorful, but kinda dry and I don't like them at all and have another packet of them to get through. I prefer to make my own burgers so buying them premade is not exciting for me. The meat quality on the cuts I mentioned were great. Their milled meats... not so much. Won't be doing mystery box again.
Amazing Consistency
Delivery was fast and the quality of meat is top tier. We're repeat customers and highly recommend.

The filets are tender and flavorful with a texture that’s different from beef. The ground bison is a delicious alternative to beef and in my opinion tastes better
