The company website was incorrect so when I ordered .32 Fed. Hydroshock ammo they sent me .327 Fed. Hydroshocks. Customer service rep. tried to blame me for the mistake. I asked for the supervisor who also tried to blame me for the mistake until I finally got them to look at the incorrect website. They would not help in getting the right ammo and would only credit my account until after I had sent back the incorrect order. Customer service rep. was hostile and unhelpful and did not take responsibility for their mistake. If it were possible to give a negative star review that is what they would get. Order from anyone else!

Impersonal. Don't answer emails. Last time it took a week to ship after I quit Team Buds. Like you go to the back of the line. Prices decent, but fee you to death. Now they've changed layaway terms. Not user friendly at all. New website has kinks. Bought from them for years. Likely the last time.

Bud's Advertised, Online, a Taurus TX22 T.O.R.O. .22 Cal Semi-Auto Handgun for a little less than $500. Been looking for one so I completed the purchase using my Visa Card, getting a confirmation & Order #6266173 & that the Order was sent to Shipping. Five days later they sent me an Email saying there was a problem with the Order & they needed to talk to me. I called & they bluntly told me the firearm was not available, to which I said it was Advertised as available, to which they had zero reason. They went ahead & 'Cashed' my Credit Card for $509.10, told me the Order Was Cancelled & it could take 3-5 days for my C.C. to be reimbursed! I made a Legitimate Purchase & Bud's did ZERO TO HONOR The Purchase OR Offer get one in Stock to Satisfy my Purchase! This will be my LAST Business Conducted with Bud's!

No Military Discount Explaination

Would have given in 5 stars had it not been for the "Chat" function. I tried to find out if my purchase qualified for a military discount and got in a do-loop with the chat. It provided no information so I still have no idea if military discounts exist at Buds, even though their site says they do. In the future I'll find another dealer that will give me the discount.

Their web site and ordering process is clean, easy to follow and if any direct contact is necessary their customer service is excellent. Prices looked Good and so did the reviews only problem was at checkout I put my numbers in as they are on my debit card like I always do and it wouldn't take tried multiple times, tried my Cabela's credit card twice it didn't work and then I thought remove the space after every 4 # so it was one large number and it work . So what I'm saying is maybe you can see if that could be changed, I haven't done that in quite a few years I'm just saying maybe some older people as myself (67) are trying and it don't take and will just move on to another site to purchase. Other then that your site was very easy to navigate threw.

I ordered a firearm on the webpage at the price of 314.99 and this morning woke up with a email that I need to contact them with a issue about my order. They wanted me to pay an additional$200 as it was a price issue. Never again will I use this place. They lost a long time customer over this order. I have made 18 firearm purchases through them. I feel like this was not the way to handle this.
