This company has ZERO administrative…
This company has ZERO administrative control over their courses. On my first course, after watching the first video (a whole hour long video) the button for continuing on to the next step either dissapeared or never popped up (i couldnt find it). This means this company expects me to sit here another hour to watch the video to move forward to the next step of the chapter. I called and the help desk told me sucks to suck and rewatch the video. Either give them administrative powers to move forward or give me my money back.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck after spending time watching a long video. We reviewed the course on your behalf and watched the video to verify the behavior you described. We were able to confirm that the confirmation/continue button does populate at the end of the video, and we were able to proceed past the video successfully. Typically, we do not watch course videos on a student’s behalf because we must remain compliant with TREC requirements and ensure that each student receives all of the information presented in the course materials. In this case, we viewed the video to confirm that the system was functioning correctly. You do not need to rewatch the video and should now be able to proceed with your studies. Please let us know if you experience any other issues progressing through your courses. We're happy to help ensure everything works properly.

EXPIRED Courses
Three of the courses that I purchased as a part of the CE bundle have expired. I purchased the bundle Jan 6th, 2026. The courses expired Dec. 31, 2025. I feel like those courses should have been updated as soon as Jan 1st, 2026 hit. I still gave a three out of five because the courses that I am able to take from the bundle have been great so far. Plus, it was my negligence for not completing my required CE hours for renewing in a timelier fashion.
