I ordered BundleWear™ Nadia Knit Skirt Set | Oversized Mock-Neck Sweater & Sculpting Mini Ensemble. The iteams I received do not match at all to what I ordered, the top is not oversized and is much longer. The skirts are tight. After trying the clothes on, I immediately realised I have to send them back just to realise, there is no confirmation email. I have now sent them an email asking how to send the clothes back but I am not sure I will receive any information. I also uploaded a review on their website but I do not see it up so I think they will simply not post it so the reviews are not real.
The product did not fit and they refused to refund me citing that me selecting the wrong size does not constitute a refund. They offered me a fraction after claiming shipping fees (even though it was sent from within the UK) of £15 and restocking fees. The incorrect size was due to it being too short.
I will newer again order this company. Customer service is bad. The order i made it dosent match of the videos an pictures. They dont sen me sending information so i cant sent this garbage back to them.
The item received was completely different from what I had ordered and the customer service contact with the company has been atrocious. They take 30% of your refund amount to pay for repackaging and restocking- scandalous. I am still waiting on my refund and considering approaching Consumer Council about this company's trading behaviours
Poor customer service. I contacted them as soon as I received my order about a return because the product was too big, and I have already ordered it in the smallest size.
Now we know that I have to pay for the return shipping myself, which is understandable, but it is very poor form that I also have to pay a 30% restocking/return fee. I feel cheated out of something I haven't even used.
