Dior made the booking experience very easy. I was booking for four people with three different credit cards. Tickets came through as agreed to. We rejected any insurance and were able to select seats directly with airline after tickets were issued for no additional cost.

Renat Kaminski was the most professional, competent, and kind customer service rep that I have dealt with in a very long time. I have traveled the world on various carriers, but have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a well informed, gracious individual. He assisted me where I needed help and answered questions I had with great clarity. He was truly gracious yet informative. You have an exceptional individual on your staff that is clearly management material. I could not be more pleased nor grateful for him and his help.
