theres a first time for everything
Its my first time using Business-class.com i was given 3 options with various options which helped. Amalia guided me through the process with Emails and follow up calls making the booking very easy and without stress if you want to get good deals with business flights this website is a very good option snd i would recommend to anybody thinking of booking an upgrade to BC thanks Amalia and team

We had a misunderstanding regarding seat selections and Business-Class stepped up and made it right. We will plan to use them again. The question for many businesses isn't "are they perfect" but the better question is what do they do when things aren't perfect? These folks stepped up and fixed the problem. Thank you Business-Class

Super ticket AND Resolution for airline error!!!
Some kind of glitch in the airline's system created an opportunity to truly affirm the service of this company. We learned that 2/3 of our return flights were somehow disconnected from our first flight at an airport in Africa! Samir specifically, who was my agent was absolutely incredible!!! We were rebooked, but had lost our premium seating. Samir and his colleague Heaven worked tirelessly to get us upgraded to our originally booked class. They did not give up, and they got it done!!! They did such a remarkable job, that my husband and I have decided to use them in the future for all flights rather than just difficult flights, which was what initially inspired me to call them. I can't speak for every agent, but I highly recommend you ask for Samir. We all expect and hope for smooth travel —however if something beyond your control does go awry, in Samir you will have the absolute best agent you could possibly hope for to help you resolve it! Thank you again Samir –and Heaven, for transforming a nightmarish scenario into a fantastic success!!!
