To start with the experience seemed good but once the money was paid the salesperson would not pick up my calls or clear doubts. I fail to understand why I’m asked not check in 24 hrs before my travel when I have been doing that in all my travels. I’m advised to check in at the airport 3 hrs before only when I’m required to be at the airport 3 hrs before the international flight. My so called ticket shows no seat number and neither baggage allowance. The salesperson is neither returning phone call nor answering emails

Dennis Kingsley was an excellent travel consultant. He was very transparent about how the process worked, and also was flexible when we had to adjust or trave details. The pricing was significantly below market as well. I would highly recommend Dennis.

Best price. Oliver gave me many options which we took some time to confirm dates and routes without any pressure but prices changed weekly and with the many deals offered, we were able to compare and confirm bookings.
