Great Experience

Made it super easy and walked me step by step on what needed to be done. Fantastic experience!

A little confusing

Overall, my experience has been good, a little confusing because I receive text messages and emails from different people and it's not clear to me who is handling my request and following up on it. I have responded to their emails as soon as possible and they continue to send messages asking me to please reply.

Business Rocket is AMAZING!

Business Rocket made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Their website is user-friendly and simple to navigate, and their support team has been outstanding every step of the way. A special thank you to Sam and Engele, who were amazing throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, guided me through each step, and made sure I felt confident moving forward. They even arranged a call with Sam to personally walk me through some steps I needed additional help with, which went above and beyond my expectations. From LLC formation to banking and tax setup, Business Rocket provided clear guidance and exceptional customer service. Whenever I had questions, their team was quick to respond and always willing to help. I highly recommend Business Rocket to anyone looking to start a business or simplify the startup process. The experience was smooth, stress-free, and professional from beginning to end. 10/10 — I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

I started the process of obtaining a DBA through Rocket Business in March, but I never received any results or updates. Two weeks ago, I was told I would receive a partial refund, but I am still waiting. Based on my experience, the process was slow, communication was lacking, and the issue remains unresolved. I would not recommend using Rocket Business.

Good experience overall.

Simple and helpful.
