they are scam people!! I paid them for llc registration and they put their own name as an manager on incorporation documents. When I asked them to add my name they say it can't be edit!! It can only be edited while filling.. I can't open my bank account because it doesn't show my ownership. They say they will provide me operating agreement which means they are owner and I have only agreement to operate that llc what the hell services they providing... What a new way of scamming people!!! Now I should pay them 100+ bucks for just shiity operating agreement.. pls don't fall for their trap they are biggest scammers of the industry....They just get paid by me for all the llc formation and entered their own details for company ownership what a shit and scam!!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we do want to clarify a few important points. There seems to be some confusion about how business formations work. BusinessRocket is listed as the organizer or incorporator on formation documents because that is the filing role we perform when submitting the company to the state. This does not make BusinessRocket the owner, manager, or member of your company.
It is also important to note that you did not pay BusinessRocket any service fee for this filing. We filed the company for you at no charge, and the only fees paid were the required government filing fees charged by the state.
You selected our Starter package, which does not include internal company documents or EIN service. Banks typically require a complete business setup, including documents such as an Operating Agreement and EIN confirmation, before opening a business account. When those items are not included, issues with banking can happen.
That is why we always recommend that new business owners choose the Essentials package, which includes the key documents and services most clients need to properly complete their business setup. We are always happy to explain what is included before filing and help clients choose the package that best fits their needs. You are welcome to email me directly and I can have a manager reach out to you to help support you in finishing the bank account activation process - My email is [email protected]
I am really grateful that Businessrocket was able to help me with getting my business formation and EIN done for me. It has saved me a lot of time and trips. For the near future I will be continuing to use businessrocket to help with opening different divisions of my companies due to the clarity and time frame they give is very accurate.

The people at business rocket were…
The people at business rocket were outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and patient with me. I had a wonderful experience with them.
Agustin was fantastic with the following up with the updates weekly. Whether it's the company's process or whether he decided to do those follow ups himself, it's absolutely amazing. I loved it. The main thing we require with the companies/businesses we run, is to be informed of something we are trying to get a hold of in which we are unable to get a hold of by ourselves. Amazing Customer Service man.
Very easy to use. Rep are great with following up and catering to your personal business needs.
Gave me a feeling of security knowing my business documents were taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Exp knowledgeable company.
