They make nice rubber wetsuits

They make nice rubber wetsuits, with good material, good cuts, and good fits. But, buyer beware, at least 50% of the seams are poorly glued. The stitching is good, but unless you have experience and the glue to fix all the seams that come apart and you want to spend hours doing this sad repair work, you're better off to spend your money elsewhere. 😥😥😥

Deceptive site. Negative experience.

I ordered a 2mm neoprene wetsuit in two pieces (top and trousers) and I received only the tops for the price paid as a cheap deal turned into an expensive scam. Your site is deceptive and misleads potential customers. If you want to purchase a "two-piece" neoprene wetsuit (top and pants), as written in the title of the photo which shows a top and long trousers, while the price indicated refers only to one piece (jacket or trousers) ). It would be more honest and clear to place the photo of the neoprene trousers with its price and in another article the photo of the neoprene long-sleeved top with its price. So that the total price of the "two-piece" neoprene wetsuit is calculated in the basket. As it is currently on the site, are you thinking of ordering a two-piece neoprene wetsuit (top and pants) as it is in the photo and described in the description title next to it while you are ordering and paying for a single piece top or pants (are you thinking of making a bargain because the prices are low and convenient for a "full two-piece wetsuit" while you are purchasing just one piece!!!?? and then the prices are no longer convenient as there are honest sites on the web where a complete two-piece neoprene wetsuit is available top&pants pieces cost LESS). Then if you order from a small screen like a smart phone, the customer is definitely deceived!!! from the photos shown that do not correspond to the object. Finally, communications with the customer assistance/complaints service are terrible. I am disgusted, angry at having been scammed and deceived by this site, when on the web market you can find similar two-piece 1.5mm or 2mm wetsuits at significantly lower prices. Highly negative experience with you that I will never repeat again and I will also advise friends not to be fooled by your commercial tricks.

Super service. I was able to get a 6xl wetsuit delivered free to N. Ireland for less than 50 dollars. At present I cant get one sent across the Irish sea fir less than this in postage costs and this was sent around the workd and tracked all the way andlow value avoided customs tax. Recommend this company.

Trusted company. Sales rep was VERY helpful. I had a suit sent to me that was too small which I did go against their recommendations. Nonetheless, they sent me another suit and even better for a mistake that was on my part! I will continue to do business here.

There was a mixup with our order

There was a mixup with our order, probably because we ordered several wetsuits. The customer service correcting the mistake was remarkable. They sent out what we needed in time for our family vacation. Very happy with how flexible they were with us as we also asked for a change in sizes at the last minute.

After getting a 1.5 mm top I had NO hesitation to follow Buy4 advise on size, just used in the New Zealand west coast surf today, this 3mm is wonderful, I have already recommended Buy4 to realtives and friends. Really pleased Russell
