Hello, sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience. Since it is a cross-border transaction, the transportation cost is indeed high, please check your mail for the compensation plan we have proposed.
Hi boots arrived earlier than expected great quality my partner loves them only problem is that they are not the colour order thay are purple instead of navy blue
Great and fast service! Friendly service Also. Was really pleased with their service.
Good customer service. Prompt reply to query.
The shoes are just as the photos. The gold hue on these shoes may not work for what I was looking for, but will work for other occasions. I love the shape. The service was excellent and my inquiries were promptly attended to. Very courteous customer service. One note I may make, is that the right shoe is a bit smaller than the left. My left foot is typically larger than my right foot. The shoe is a bit tight, but I am breaking them in! Thank you.
Beautiful shoes. Really nicely made. Perfect colour. They also came with heel grips and gel pads. (I’ve been burned on the internet so many times, so this was a delightful outcome!)
The boots I bought were exactly as they looked on the website, if not better! Arrived quicker than expected and fit perfectly.
The communication from them was excellent they replied to me multiple times and changed my size for me too cause I ordered the wrong the size ! The boots came exactly how the image looked the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars it because it took over a month to get to me and the zips needed to be fixed before they were even worn
Dispatch and delivery took a long time. The boots are too big around the lower leg instead of being a tight fit as they were advertised, they look more like wellington boots. First time trying them on the zip broke. Really disappointing. Not worth the money or wait.

For the money these shoes are well worth it! The shoes are unique and beautifully made. There was a significant delay in the shoes arriving such that an email to update on status would have been helpful, but overall excellent!
