I wanted to love these so badly..
the shoes were GORGEOUS & SO comfortable, but they fell apart after 2 months of wearing them 3x a week at work. The whole sole seperated at the heel. The first time, I thought it was because I tripped pretty good (& maybe it was) but the same exact thing happened to the other shoe literally the next night 😒 Found an identical, slightly more expensive pair on the Pleasers website & ordered them instead.

Shoe Sizing in incorrect (fixed) and Paypal is of no value
This site has beautiful shoes but sizing is tricky. I bought a U.S. size 7.5 but received a U.K size 7.5. This was difficult for me to figure out. I finally did so by measuring the shoes from the inside. I sent 10 photos to verify the size difference. I escalated the issue to Paypal who would not support me because I really wanted the shoes. After several weeks of messages, they return the cost of the shoes, so I'm happy but I still don't have an address to return the big shoes. Overall, I'm satisfied because this transaction was looking like a total lost.

The shoes came with a disgusting chemically smell, which tool my breath away. And also now, having them in the corridor with an open window, the smell still is there. Pure chemistry! I never ever would put on these shoes on my feet and let all of the chemistry go into my body! The shoes were too big (recommended 1/2 size bigger, which is not true) The shoes do not look as elegant as at the photos, the decoration looks very cheap and because of the decoration, the shoes are also very heavy. Because of all these reasons, but mostly because of those chemicals, I have asked the custom-service for a return label, but I only got an address, to which I shall return the shoes on my OWN costs! To China! The service only answered 1 x to give me the address, and since then - mourning. Every serious seller provides a return label on his own costs, which is already attached in the parcel. Answer to the answer - the smell didn't disappear! And - retoure on costs of the buyer are not the way, honest and professional seller are handling it!

Quality is super good, 2 weeks to NL.
Disappointed
The shoe box was completely destroyed. The shoes were poorly made. The fur was glued on wirh glue smeared on the clear part very noticeable.
Chemical danger to your health
The look is o.k., but the smell of the shoes is just awful. Pure chemistry. When I opened the parcel, the chemical smell took my breath away. And having the shoes only 5 minutes in my room caused awful headache and breathing problems. These shoes are a danger to health! Hope to receive the return label asap., so I can send them back immediately.
