I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BYDcash. What started as a straightforward personal loan quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal due to their consistent incompetence and lack of professionalism. Most concerning is that BYDcash altered the terms of my loan agreement without my knowledge or consent. The payoff timeline was adjusted unilaterally, extending beyond what was originally agreed upon — a practice that is not only unethical but potentially unlawful. Borrowers have a right to the terms they signed, and changing those terms mid-loan without proper notice or authorization is a serious breach of trust. To make matters worse, their communication is virtually nonexistent. When issues arose, getting a clear, timely response was nearly impossible. Representatives were unhelpful, provided inconsistent information, and failed to escalate concerns appropriately. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. I would strongly caution anyone considering BYDcash to read every line of your agreement carefully and document everything — because based on my experience, what you agree to today may not be what you're held to tomorrow. Do better.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. It is true, we moved to a new loan management system when this loan was originated, and for some reason, that system created one extra payment at the end of the term for approx. $225. We are unclear as to why that occurred but believe it may have been related to the amortization schedule. We are continuing to investigate. We require a few days notice in order to investigate and make changes in the system before a scheduled payment can be withdrawn. However, we did issue a credit in the system, so the inaccurate payment was not withdrawn from your account. We pride ourselves on delivering a unique and high-value service, and we appreciate the constructive criticism to help us continuously improve. I know our team has been in touch with you on several occasions to investigate and then rectify the situation. I would be happy to discuss this with you further. Again, we sincerely apologize for the mistake.
