Flippity flop and a negative balance that did not exist
In order, this company A) approved our company for funding B) tapped into our bank account then C) flip flopped on their original loan decision. The reasons for the flip flop (according to them) were A) a negative bank balance (a complete false hood and denial of reality.) B) the fact that our seasonal business was predictably being seasonal (our slow months are July and August) and C) credit score which was adversely affected by the major property crime which we were the victims of in June 2025 with which we had multiple photos and police reports. "Underwriting" did not care. Throughout the application process, I was upfront that one of our performing assets was stolen and destroyed and our credit was adversely affected. 2025 was a rough year and we have pretty much made it all the way back. Deep down we were on the fence about going back for this kind of high interest predatory funding. I question the practice of tapping into a bank account then flip flopping on the loan decision. The highlighted pictures of this company do not build confidence as finance professionals. Many pictures of millennials partying on dress down day. I presume "underwriting" are in many of these pictures. Overall this was an unsettling experience.

I was very satisfied with the speed with which this was handled. I do understand the higher level of interest I'm taking on, but it's worth it for the establishment of business credit—I'd say it's short-term pain for long-term gain. Just make sure that all payments are made as they're supposed to be to avoid any challenges. Bobby was extremely helpful, very friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. The follow-up call from Keret was equally refreshing and honest. I hope to have a long-term relationship with their company.
