I am so glad Call Louder contacted me because I was so upset about my computer not functioning. I headed to Best Buy with an appointment & it took so long I ended up contacting Thumbtack while I was there. I had the opportunity to talk to Ronald & he waiting until I got back home. From there is is just a success story! He was very knowledgeable, did a timely job & helped me to understand the process as we went along.
