Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Ordered a 75.00 ounce of pink runts shake, took a while to arrive, when I opened it.. It smelled like straight up MOLD. My wife gagged and I kept smelling it to try and convince myself it wasnt mold but every whiff made me queasy. I contacted them to return it and they said it wasnt moldy!!!! Telling me I was lying basically.. No refund or anything.. I still have the package after a few months taped up in original packaging.. I was thinking of sending it right back at my own expense to prove to them it was completely moldy... But I assume they already knew cause they sent it to me that way and refused a refund. Bad quality control and bad customer service. They kept my $80.00 that I sweat at a warehouse to earn. Thumbs down from me. I am 41 years old and seasoned cannabis user. I rarely leave reviews unless I feel i need to protect other customers. Shop at your own risk. No telling what youll get, or how much money you will lose. Peace.

My first order was super boof trim/shake hydro it was good.. So I ordered another strain a couple weeks later... It was completely moldy. They refused to believe me and said they opened another one they had in stock to check for mold and it wasn't moldy so I must be lying or I must not understand that some weed smells like straight up mold and makes you gag... Everyone I have let smell it has gagged and said to send it back or write a review to warn others. They kept my money after I even offered to send it back at my own expense.. Stay away and spend your hard earned money somewhere more reputable. Unless you like playing Russian roulette.

Ground up quality was half what it was…

Ground up quality was half what it was last order, despite same product. I ordered 2 oz this time around and a 1/3 of it is trim. Shipping times are a little expensive and slow as I'm only 2-3 states away.

I’ve ordered from this company multiple…

I’ve ordered from this company multiple times before without issues, which makes this experience even more frustrating. My most recent order was shipped to the wrong city and ZIP code but same street name and address. This isn’t a small typo; it’s a completely different location. I manually entered my address, and I have no connection to the address they shipped to. When I reached out, they immediately claimed this was “technically impossible” and blamed me, saying it must have been autofill or something on my end. There was no attempt to actually investigate or verify what happened, just deflection. Even after I explained that I’ve successfully ordered from them before using the same address, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a real solution. The only thing they offered was a discount on a future order, which doesn’t help when the current order never arrived. To make things worse, I placed a second order after realizing the issue so I could still receive product, and they canceled it without explanation. At this point, I’ll be filing a dispute. Mistakes happen, that’s not the issue. The problem is how they handled it: dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take accountability. If you order from here, just be aware that if something goes wrong, you will be on your own.
