Well they send me promo codes trying to get me to come back and shop with them. sent me some pretty good ones that talk me into it... When I used the codes they send me an email telling me that I can't use them and that they had a technical error... No refund or anything... We're talking close to a $1000. This is a big deal... That is not how you're supposed to do business...

Stay far away

Ordered a pound of candy cane for over $800 (luckily I had a discount) and it looks like some brown garbage. Candy cane, living soil my ass. It smells like shit. Extremely unhappy with my experience. Hope they make this right. I usually shop at zaza and never once had a bad experience like this for the price. Maybe they sent me the wrong kind but as of now I honestly feel like i was jacked. Wish I could upload pics because what the website showed and what I received are completely different. I received something that does not have a pleasant smell and it’s brown. This is what they emailed me back with…(As per our records, you purchased a pound for $675 which is by no means exotic, or near our $1800/pounds. We haven't had any complaints, and we always recommend making smaller purchases to see if you will like the strain). 800$ “originally” I guess gets you garbage. If I have to spend 1800 for a decent pound screw that… No complaints? Just look at the reviews on this site? Order a small amount? This kind only comes in a #? Stay away, not worth the risk. As you can see from his response the customer service sucks!
