I am annoyed that I can no longer check the account balance. I'm in Germany, but could always check it. Question? Why is that not possible at the moment?

Hi David, Thank you for telling us about it. Unfortunately you will have to get in touch with your operator in Thailand to check your balance. The only thing we are displaying on the invoice is the balance you are recharging, we do not have access to the operator's systems to check previous remaining amounts. For anu other questions, our Customer Support team is available 24/7. Keep in touch! CallMuangThai.com

The best service to call Thailand
I have been using the app since 2017 to call my mom, family, and friends in Thailand. It’s been great and if any issues happened I can call the customer service and they are really helpful. The price is also the best. It gets lower and lower since the day I started using. Thank you for the best service and great customer service. I able to contact my mom everyday anytime I want. Highly recommended.
