Allows my mother-in-law to keep in touch with her family in Thailand. Easy to use (she’s 77) and a great monthly rate! She is constantly talking to her sister and other relatives. Definitely recommended for anyone who has family in Thailand and loves to keep in touch.

Website easy to use to buy additional phone mins. Service is great when call overseas 99% of the time. Occasionally will incur bad satellite connections where sound is muffled or there is a slight echo (time delay) on the calls. Think this is usually happens as a result of sunspots. If this happens, just hang up and call the number again and the connection is great. They will offer a credit if this becomes a problem but so far it has not. Been using this service for many years now and highly recommend using when placing calls to overseas locations. Saves lots of money as well vs using home phone.

Hi Nipon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have verified the connection of your calls. The vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours. Let us know how it goes. If you have any questions, our Support Team is available 24/7 at 1866-535-8095. Keep in touch! CallMuangThai.com
