Did not realize this company sells earrings as singles so ordered 3 what I thought were pairs. Was very disappointed when they arrived and tried to return. Took a while to get a response but they offered to send me three more for free so I have three complete pairs. Really happy that they offered to do that and will probably order from them again now that I know they stand by their products and have good customer service.

These are my favourite flat backs. The installation tools make them so easy to put in and the little clover design on the back is so cute! the detailing is amazing.
