I'm dyslexic and my drafting process looks nothing like a typical author's. My editor set up voice-note review sessions and marked up manuscripts using colour codes I'd asked for. Nothing about it felt like an accommodation being grudgingly made just a workflow adjusted to suit the work. Rare, and appreciated.
