Totally disappointed when I received the items. The quality is poor. The way it was presented on their website is beautiful, but the actual is horrible. Totally misleading. I should have read the reviews before I ordered them. Please, don't buy their products. You will regret it.
This company is a total scam!! Order placed in late November and still have not received my $132 order. I have emailed, Facebook messaged them numerous times with no results. All they offered was $12 back for my shipping costs. But yet still no product. And from the reviews I read here I’m not sure I want to receive them now, poor quality and sizes way off.
My dress arrived. It would fit an elephant. I checked the measurements on the site and they bear no relationship to the actual dress. They took my money $122 US DOLLAR never ship my ordered. I sent them 5 emails never get respond from them. DO NOT ORDER I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY
I had a horrible experience with Camilladress. Do not buy from this company. The products are way off from the sizes presented and the customer service is horrible. I was asked to just please accept $25 and to keep the (useless) clothes instead of refunding the $200 order. Returns and exchanges are nigh unto impossible. I’ll never purchase from them again.
The photos posted were a poor representation of the actual product . The pants were actually capris, the size was too small and the material not ‘cotton linen’ as advertised. Moreover, return was discouraged, and when I insisted, the return cost was not worth it. I’m stuck with 2 pairs of pants that I can’t use and can’t return!! Bad experience.
The pictures they post and the quality of clothing you receive is no where close. Poor quality. As for returns, they would have to be sent to China. Stay away from this company.
I ordered two dresses, the quality of one was a joke, it was literally made out of a fabric that was akin to craft felt. I immediately initiated a return — same day. Almost a week later I got a an email asking if I would keep the items and accept a $10 reimbursement??? The items were poor quality - both fit and fabric. I paid $74 and expect them to honor their return policy, send me a return label so that I can return and receive a full reimbursement.
