Customer service is second to none. I have made three separate in-person purchases from Aztec over the past week. Each buying experience has been great. They brought the product out to me and the front staff and warehouse staff are so sweet and approachable. Fragrances are affordable. Jars are nice too!
The lid wasnt tight enough so some oils go leaked into the packaging but besides that Everything smells amazing

New customer but Senior candle maker. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin marshmallow and black raspberry vanilla candles all turned out great. Made salted caramel at same time, same way. Smelled amazing until the next day and there was zero cold throw. Reached out after a few days and was instructed to wait a few more days. Still no cold or hot throw. Added fragrance at right temp, stirred 2 minutes, all the things. The second bottle will be tossed as it’s less than worthless by wasting my time, wax and vessels on a product I can’t trust. After communicating again with customer service I have had no additional follow up for solutions or trying to make it right. Bummed as I wanted to try additional fragrances. We make thousands of candles and we were hoping this company would be a good fit.
Placed an order online for pickup since I was going to be in the area for vacation. The location was easy to find. The pickup was quick & easy. The staff was very friendly. The guys brought my wax to my vehicle & loaded it.

I have found Aztec to have the best price on shipping and waxes that I use. I always try to buy when they have a good sale on shipping or a wax sale. A good majority of oils that I have purchased seem to be weak in comparison to other companies I have used over the last 25+ years. I get a lot of the small 1 oz oil samples to try and they never seem to smell like the larger 16 oz or larger bottles I end up buying which ends up being a huge waste. Just wish the oils were stronger and more consistent in the actual smell (I have purchased some samples only to buy larger bottles and they smell nothing alike).across the board,
I have been a customer since 2017. I love the fragrances like the Bath and Body Works duplication but not a huge fan of all the perfume duplication (they don't sell). I love the fast shipping and customer service is so nice.

Love the quick shipping and amazing scents
A few of my sample bottles leaked badly. It wasn't worth it to have them replaced, I didn't love the scents. The packing wasn't good so it kinda soured me on the first interaction with the company. You pay a lot for shipping so when things aren't packed well it reflects on the company IMO.
I would highly recomend contacting customer service. Not sure how you evaluate fragrances that leaked

I ordered 4 fragrance oils from this company and each one is so light and faint that you can barely smell them. When smelling from the bottle, it’s very light, but when I put these oils in candles, you can’t smell anything. No matter what percentage of fragrance oil I used, or when I tried different wicks. I made 8 test candles using these oils and they all came out the same way. Hot and cold throws are non existent. You cannot smell anything from them. Which is upsetting because I thought I had finally found the fragrances I was looking for to make a specific candle so I ordered 16oz containers of 3 of the oils. Super disappointed and won’t be wasting my money here again.
