This is not the place to ask about your order. Please contact customer service. Follow up - again contact customer service. There are million reasons why you might not have received your package. It may have nothing to do with us. You don’t know if you haven’t contacted customer service.

Two of the fragrance bottles leaked…
Two of the fragrance bottles arrived loose and leaked during shipping. The spilled fragrance got all over the outside of the other bottles, making everything smell like the leaked scent. ,The bottles need to be sealed and tightened better before shipping to prevent leaks.

Poor packaging…… the lids were not…
Poor packaging…… the lids were not tight on the one ounce bottles and one complete leaked. It leaked through the plastic bag and also the mailing envelope. What a mess!
