A great initial setup experience
Had my initial setup experience at Cannon Trading with John Thorpe. He explained everything at a pace I could keep up with since I'm new to trading and Cannon. At the beginning of the account creation process, Kiberli was in touch with me, and the correspondence with her was courteous and patient.
When Ilan entered the picture and gave approval to complete the process, he kindly helped me connect the account to my charting software. I could not have asked for more help than that. Very impressive.

I do not like that you changed almost everything in the trading platform. I spent almost a year trying to figure it out. I had two screenshares and still was unable to trade with confidence. John Thorp conducted yet another screenshare and was able to help me understand the logic of the platform and where to find all the buttons I need. John was very patient and kind throughout, repeating everything I requested. Thank you!!
