I ordered a 16x20 canvas print of my youngest son’s senior picture. What I got was 15 1/2x19 1/8. It fell through the hole of the frame I had purchased. I contacted the company and went through the process of sending them photos. They said there would be variations in the size of their products. I told them it was unusable to me this way. They offered a coupon for the value of what I paid. Sounded good, except when I got it, it says you can’t use it for any of their sale prices. So I would still have to spend more money if I wanted the photo redone. I gave up and ordered from MPix. It did cost me more, but it was so worth it. Correct size and the image came out so much better. Colors were more vivid and you could actually read the small writing that was on certain objects in the photo.
Sizing inconsistencies like this on a canvas print are genuinely frustrating, especially for something as important as a senior portrait. Your feedback on the size variation and coupon limitations is noted and will be taken into account. Please share your order number so we can look into this further — we'll email you shortly.
Purchased a custom painting at an exact size of 30 X 24 inches to fit a special frame we had. The painting was sent to us at a size of 29.5 inches X 23.5 inches so it does not fit our frame. We have asked the merchant to either send us the painting in the correct size or refund our money. They have refused to do either one. The painting is worthless to us if it does not fit our frame. order number USA99905270515
The sizing issue with your custom painting is something we take seriously. A 0.5-inch discrepancy affecting the fit is noted, and your feedback will be taken into account. We'll email you shortly — please share your order number or contact details so we can look into this directly.
