Not for me
I've been selling my photos for 12 years and order thousands of dollars of canvas prints a year. My usual provider went under so I thought I'd try Canvasdiscount. I placed a $600 order to start. I was relatively happy when the first batch arrived although they did forget to include hangers. The second part of the order came and the colors were off, from a little to a lot. One sand dune looked like it had a blue tarp on it. I took pictures of just the most heinous problems and sent them in with my complaint. They had my name and my pictures, but they said they couldn't do anything without the specific order number of each print. So I dug those out and tried again. They replied and told me the pictures were ok and were printed the way I ordered them. I have never had another print company disregard an issue. They usually make a concerted effort to make things right. Most of the images I sent in I had printed before with other companies and they were fine. After their bad colors and lousy customer service it was clear this would not be my new canvas print provider. I just ate the bad prints I can't sell and washed my hands of Canvasdiscount.
