Our experience with the company is extended from our kitchen remodel done by Capitol. Staff from both the kitchen remodel to the bath remodel and window replacement was top notch and professional in every way. They not only came on time, but also made help suggestions and recommendations that improved the appearance even more. And I was surprised that Bryan stayed in touch, which draw us back to the company to do these two jobs. I will highly recommend Capitol Remodel should the need arise from family and friends. Keep up the excellent work.
I used Capital Remodeling to replace the windows in my home. From the quoting process up to the window installation, the customer service has been outstanding. I would recommend them for any home improvement project.
The staff was patient, courteous. The workers/foremen reviewed the work in a timely manner and the workers came in and did a good job.

Just completed a kitchen remodeling…
Just completed a kitchen remodeling project. I can honestly say, I love it! I contracted with Capital Remodeling for the job. There are so many moving parts when doing a total remodel and I'm pleased they all worked together seamlessly. Adam Bergeron helped with the design. In the middle of the project, I was beginning to question every thing I had agreed to. Bottom line, when it came together everything worked well together. I can't praise the Installer, Musa Eadel, enough. He brought the dream to life. I can vouch for his knowledge, customer service orientation, his professionalism, the pride he has for his work as well as his care and respect of our home. He's the best and I highly recommend him and Adam for your project. I also recognize Justin Fisher for his help to keep the project moving. The management and leadership of Capital Remodeling were excellent to work with. Listened to my concerns and corrected small blips as they occurred. Again, a total remodel is a massive undertaking. It's right up there with a physical move. I think what helped this project is my willingness to allow Capital Remodeling to do the whole project. The schedule was within the projected timeline. Quality was maintained throughout and, again, I couldn't be happier!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff,
Did and exceptional job on installing the windows and left the work areas spotlessly clean before they left.
An outstanding company will gladly recommend to anyone.
That was very prompt and professional. They did an amazing job they were there when they say they was and then a job and everything was cleaned up as they prompt and I will review for my next project.
I worked with Justin to completely replace all the sliding windows in my condo. He walked me through all of my options and made sure I understood the materials, work involved, and timeline. I greatly appreciated his time and honesty in my first home improvement project, especially since we had to pivot partway through due to COA restrictions. The work itself was done within 2 hours and the crew was speedy and efficient. My new windows cut down on noise pollution and help make my home more energy efficient, plus make the spaces look larger since the internal siding is a nice bright white. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their windows replaced, and I hope to work with them again to remodel my kitchen. Thanks, y'all!
Capital Remodeling did an amazing job installing all 6 of our windows. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the crew was professional, friendly, and efficient. The windows look fantastic, and you can really tell they take pride in their work and attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward, and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely recommend Capital Remodeling to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality window installation work.
I have no problem with these window, Excellent Quality.

Good quality work but poor customer support (timeliness and contractor behavior)
Ultimately, we are happy with the finished product but not with the process, contractors used and communication through the process. The quoted price upon consultation was only good for "today only." This was cause for a high pressure buy now or be forced to pay an extra ~$5K. We were originally quoted 6-10 weeks (and told to expect it to be competed early due to small size/complexity of the project) for completion but ultimately the work was complete at just over 5 months. It was difficult to get in touch with someone to answer to the lateness untill going through multiple layers of contacts.
The contractor who installed the cabinets entered my home without permission and did not make himself known or introduce himself. Despite me offering my garage for him to park, he demanded that I leave the garage door open during the duration of the work while he parked just outside. I was not comfortable with leaving my garage open as I did not want risk of further intrusions or theft. He was NOT understanding and very confrontational and proceeded to argue with me for th next 5-10 minutes about how I was precluding him from being able to do his work. He eventually agreed to open/close he garage when going back to his truck for tools/supplies.
I recently had my windows replaced by Capital Remodeling, and I’m very happy with the results. The team was professional, showed up on time, and completed the work efficiently.
The installation process was smooth, and they made sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up before leaving. My new windows look great and have already made a noticeable difference in comfort.
Overall, they did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality window work.
From the representive who explained everything to me in detail to the installers, everyone was professional and excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.
This is the 2nd home I have had Capital Remodeling replace the windows in. They do a terrific job and clean up the entire time. They replaced 25 windows in the current home and they did them in less that 8 hours.
The administrative staff and contractors were very professional and accommodating from beginning to end. The transformation was miraculous. I love my new updated kitchen. Would not change a thing and would definitely highly recommend Capital Remodeling. All projects and any updates in my house will definitely be done by Capital Remodeling. Thank you sooooo much.
We worked with Capital Remodeling to replace all the windows of our house. They had gotten old that the outside air was sifting through the house. The process with CM was wonderful. Everyone in every department that we dealt with provided great service, and made sure that we were well taken care of. You never know what you are going to get when working with certain companies but they really exceeded our expectations. We were very happy to have found them as our provider. We look to do business with them in the future for our other needs.
